Gard’nClean Return and Refund Policy
At GardnClean, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are unhappy, please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. If the sachet on any product has been opened, it is not returnable. If the inner pouch has been opened and the sachet exposed to air, that product cannot be shipped and must be used or disposed of. If there is an issue upon opening, please contact us immediately to help create a solution to dispose of the product and correct things on our end to make things right.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@gardnclean.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must either drop off the return or schedule a pickup. Depending on the situation, we will provide the return label and charge the shipping cost before crediting or replacing the order.
Refunds
Once your return is received in full and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method. *Please note that it could take up to 7 business days from processing it on our end for your bank to receive and deposit the funds into your account.
Refunds are not issued for:
- Opened or used products (unless defective upon opening)
- Items returned beyond the 30-day window
- Final sale or clearance items
- Shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@gardnclean.com with photos of the damage.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not shipped. Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
